Email or Paypal Ryan at clockworkreptile@msn.com with orders or any questions.  Be sure to include animal's description and date of birth (when applicable) to avoid confusion.  

Payment & Deposits
We accept Paypal, cashier's check, or money order. 

Deposits will be accepted under the following terms:

1) 50% of the asking price is required to hold any animal.

2) Balance must be paid within 14 days of receipt of deposit.

3) Deposits are subject to forfeiture after holding period, at owners discretion.
                                                                                                                                              

Shipping
We ship via UPS overnight, using styrofoam insulated boxes.  We use heat or cool packs as necessary and "Live Harmless Reptiles" stickers.  Flat rate of $50, within continental US only.

Customer satisfaction guaranteed in accordance with our 24-hour return policy:
   If you receive your animal and are not fully satisfied, you can return it to us within 24 hours and receive a full refund (not including return shipping).
